RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Hanieh Fashion aims to always provide high quality products that are fault free and undamaged. We are happy to exchange or refund any item(s) you are not entirely satisfied with. You are welcome to return or exchange product(s), provided that we receive item(s) back within 14 days of delivery. Unfortunately we are not able to offer any refunds or exchange after 14 days. Please make sure that you read through all points stated on this page.
For all returns and exchange please fill in the Returns Form at our Contact page or notify us by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org with your Order Number and stating the Reason of Return. This will start your return process. We will provide you with Returns Authorisation Code and Returns Address.
Please note that item(s) for refunds or exchange must be returned to our address within 14 days of delivery.
OUR RETURNS POLICY
Item(s) should be returned in its original condition, unused, with garments tags attached and in the original packaging, this includes our branded boxes. You will need to pay for return postage. We recommend that you use an insured and recorded delivery service as it is your duty to make sure item(s) arrives undamaged to our address. We are not responsible for any loss or damage of item(s) until package reaches us.
OUR EXCHANGE POLICY
Our Exchange Policy is the same as our Returns Policy. If you wish to exchange an item please follow our Returns guidelines. You will need to return the item you wish to exchange and place a new order.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Please note that we will inspect all returned item(s). Returns that do not meet Our Policy will not be accepted and will be sent back.
Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
Please note that we keep records for the number of returns made by a single person and we may refuse to accept future orders if goods are returned repeatedly.
If Hanieh Fashion receives no communication from you within 48 hours of delivery, regarding any problems with the order, you are deemed to have received product(s) fault free and undamaged.
